Credit Bureau; Akahu; Sharing Request; new options to skip the landing page and filter institutions
The Akahu Apply Bank Account Enquiry now supports two new options when creating the Sharing Request:
- Skip Landing Page — when enabled, the applicant is taken directly to the open banking consent flow, bypassing the Akahu sharing request landing page. This avoids an extra screen for integrations that do not allow the applicant to manually upload statements.
- OB Connection Filter — restricts the institutions available for the open banking connection. When populated, Akahu skips its bank-selection screen, which is useful for integrations that already select the bank in the calling application.
The Skip Landing Page option is configured as a Cost Centre default on the Options page of the Akahu Cost Centre and can also be overridden per-enquiry on the Bank Account Enquiry wizard.
Akahu does not allow the landing page to be skipped when manual uploads are enabled, since the manual upload option is only presented on the landing page itself. Both the Cost Centre form and the Bank Account Enquiry wizard now prevent Skip Landing Page from being enabled when Allow Manual Uploads is ticked, and the Sharing Request itself will fail validation if both are set.
The OB Connection Filter is exposed as a scriptable property on the Sharing Request object and is intended to be populated by customisations.
