AI; Tool calling added for Client Accounts and Bank Transactions to help to limit token useage and search source data

The "source" page of the Record Insights HTML Widget could become very large if the Client had a large number of Accounts or Bank Transactions.

If the Client has more than 10 Accounts or 30 Bank Transactions, the respective data is made available to AI via Tool Calling to help minimise request size and tokens used.
