Process Direct Debit Payments wizard; if one or more Bank Transaction fail to send via a Bank Interface API the form should not close

In the Process Direct Debit Payments wizard, after committing Direct Debits, if one or more Bank Transaction fail to send via a Bank Interface API a message is shown to the User and then the form closes.

The form now remains open so that the User can review errors.
