HTML Widgets; AccountIncomingPaymentDetails and AccountOutgoingPaymentDetails controls updated to prevent error when clearing the Payment Method

Previously, clearing a Payment Method in either the AccountIncomingPaymentDetails or AccountOutgoingPaymentDetails controls would have resulted in the following error:

widget_ui.AccountIncomingPaymentDetails: LoadAccountDetailsSmart failed since no Payment Method is entered.

When using these controls from finPOWER Connect Cloud, the error would have been displayed in a red popup at the bottom right of the screen.

This error is no longer displayed if the User is simply clearing the selected Payment Method.

• Account Standard Transaction
