HTML Widgets; Account Accounting Ledger HTML Widget re-written

The Account Accounting Ledger HTML Widget has been re-written from the ground up. The previous Widget was not working correctly when recalculating the number of periods, and due to its age, the code layout was significantly different to more recent HTML Widgets. Therefore, to bring it in line (and to make it easier to modify) it was re-written.

In addition, the following new feature has also been added to the HTML Widget: If an Account does not define a Maturity Date, as in a Revolving Credit Loan, the First Date and Number of Periods are blanked when the Opening Date or Frequency fields are changed. Begin Date is now updated based upon the Opening Date and Frequency.

In addition, if the Opening Date if after the Maturity Date the First Date is now updated based upon the Frequency.
