finHtmlWidgetUtilities.HasPermissionToViewFormKey(formKey) has been updated for the "AccountPaymentTransfer" Form Key to include "Account.InvestmentTransfer" Permission Key

The handling of "AccountPaymentTransfer" has been updated in finHtmlWidgetUtilities.HasPermissionToViewFormKey(formKey) whereby it also now checks if the User is allowed the "Account.InvestmentTransfer" Permission Key.

This Function will now return False if neither Permission is granted.

This also adds support for transferring of Investment and Additional Investment transactions from a Deposit Account within the Account Payment Transfer HTML Widget and finPOWER Connect Cloud.

Note: The existing Permission Key used by this Function for this Form Key was "Account.PaymentTransfer".
