Google Chrome browser; Minimising and then restoring an HTML Widget hides content

An update to Google Chrome around 30/10/2021 caused a draw issue with HTML Widgets.

Minimising a widget (such as the New Individual Client wizard) and then clicking the minimised header (bottom right of screen) to restore it, showed a blank form. The content was not visible unless the browser window was resized to an extent that caused the modal window to change size.

As of the 4/11/2021, 95.0.4638.54 Chrome update, this was still an issue hence a fix has been applied.

When the fix is triggered, the following developer console warning will be written:

"Fix for Chrome drawing issue (J027686) when unminimising an HTML Widget applied."

This will be reviewed at a later date and the fix will be removed once Google has resolved the issue with Chrome.
