Loan Trial Balance Report; new option to include expected Payments

A new option "Include expected/ future Payments?" has been added to the Loan Trial Balance Report.

The default is unchecked, and works as it currently does.

If this new option is checked, expected and future payments are included in the Report. This means the "Unposted Transactions" and "Net Balance" columns will include payment transactions. In addition, Accrued Interest and other transactions will take into account the effect of the Payments.


WARNING: The Loan Trial Balance Report is designed to Report on historic information, not to report on future values of Loan Accounts - as this can be very unpredictable. Therefore use this new option with caution.
