HTML Widgets; Equifax NZ Organisation Credit Enquiry; Updated to support "Advanced Business Report" Product

The Equifax NZ Organisation Credit Enquiry HTML Widget now supports the "Advanced Business Report" Product. After selecting the Product, and company from the search, the User can enter Gender, Date of Birth and Address of each Director and perform a "Score Plus" individual report.

Directors who have matched as a Linked Client Personnel (i.e., are a dedicated Client in the system) cannot have their details updated. If any changes are required, the User will need to close the Credit Enquiry, update the Client record, and try again. Directors who have matched as Personnel without a linked Client record, or, are set as a Person Acting on the Organisation Client can have their details updated in the Credit Enquiry, however the details on the record will be updated to the new information entered into the Credit Enquiry to ensure that all data is up to date and accurate.

As HTML Widgets within finPOWER Connect Cloud are subject to Web Browser timeouts, it is possible that the timeout will trigger before the Enquiry has a chance to finish. In this case, the User will get the following error:

"This request has been timed out by your web browser. The enquiry is still running. You can check the Client form, Logs page to see this enquiry when it is complete. Alternatively, you (or your Administrator) may need to use the Audit Search form to locate this enquiry."

In this situation, the User will need to close the Credit Enquiry, navigate to the Organisation's Client record, Logs page and refresh the page until the enquiry appears. If the Enquiry was linked to a Workflow, then this will need to be manually actioned.
