HTML Widgets; Bank Entry; Batch Total issues when changing Transaction values plus deleted Transaction are not really deleted

An issue with the Transactions on the Bank Entry wizard HTML Widget meant that deleting Transactions in the grid meant that the Transaction appeared to disappear but, upon saving the Batch and navigating back to the Transactions page, the Transaction had not in fact been removed.

This could lead to confusing issues such as attempting to commit a Batch with a single Transaction and with the incorrect Batch Total (which would, as expected, fail), correcting the Transaction value so it matched the Batch Total and then attempting to commit the Batch again which would then fail. Re-editing the Batch would show that there were now 2 Transactions in the Batch.

Also, adding a New Bank Batch without having closed the Widget but having already previously create a Batch retained the old details, including the Batch ID. The Batch ID is now blanked out upon creating a new Batch.
