Security Statements; Motor Vehicle Security Types requiring a VIN will now warn the User when entering a Security Item

A Security Type can be configured to make the VIN mandatory when registering a Motor Vehicle to the PPSR.

Previously, this requirement was only presented to the User when attempting to Register the Security Item. Now, if the Security Type is configured this way (and no VIN has been entered) a warning will be displayed next to the VIN field.

Note: This warning disappears when data has been entered into the field, however this does not guarantee that the data entered is in the correct format and is the correct length.
