Documents; Options page; New option to not default "Email Document if possible" when running standalone

For "Word Document" and "Excel Workbook" type Documents, the Options page of the Documents form has an Email Preference that can be set to Yes, No or Prompt.

However, if set to "Yes", when running the Document standalone, e.g., for a range of Accounts from the Report Explorer, this meant that the "Email Document if possible?" checkbox would always be checked by default.

A new "But not when running Standalone" checkbox on the Options page of the Documents form allows this checkbox to be unchecked by default when running standalone.
