Background Processes; Additional "Complete" Statuses have been added

Two new Background Process statuses have been added, "Complete (With Errors)" and "Complete (With Warnings)". These allow Users at a glance to see that the Process completed successfully, but items within the Process have either failed or have warnings.

For example, a PPSR NZ Update may successfully complete after attempting to process all records, but an individual Security Statements may fail. Previously, unless the User drilled down to manually view the Events, they would not be able to see that a single Security Statement has failed. Now, the overall Status will reflect that there are errors / warnings within the Process.

At the release of this functionality, only "Complete (With Errors)" are used (with the PPSR NZ Update and PPSR B2G Update HTML Processes). However, "Complete (With Warnings)" has been added for potential future use.
