finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form; Security page; New option to "Prevent uploading of files"

The finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form, Security page has a new option to "Prevent uploading of files, even if the Document Manager is available?".

This can be turned on in situations such as:

• A public demonstration site (such as the Intersoft finPOWER Connect Cloud demonstration)
• Where file uploads are causing some form of issue (e.g., they are being abused) but you still want to allow file downloads

This also prevents the following:

• Deleting files
• Renaming files

A slight change in functionality means that if a User does not have permission to upload files, they can no longer delete files either. This is unrelated to the new "Prevent uploading of files" option.
