Portals; Login Id can now be specified as part of the Portal's URL to pre-populate the Client Id/ User Id field

A Portal URL can now specify an 'id' parameter which is used to pre-populate the Client Id/ User Id field on the login page, e.g.:

http://localhost/Ws3/portal/ci/@LOGIN?id=Test

WARNING: It is only recommended that the id is included in the URL in certain situations such as an email introducing a Client to the Portal and inviting them to login.
