Xero Accounting Interface; export fails with "Line Amount cannot be zero" error

The Xero Accounting Interface export may fail with the following message "Line Amount cannot be zero.".

This may occur for Deposit Accounts where more than one transaction is combined into a single Journal. If the total Gross value is zero, but there is still a Withholding Tax and Net Value this error will occur. Note, this is normally the result of an adjustment Transaction.

This also requires the Interest Element to use a GL Summary Type of Daily or EOM.
