Client; When viewing a temporary Client created from an Account Application Applicant, certain functionality is not hidden

Client; When viewing a temporary Client created from an Account Application Applicant, certain functionality, which should not be available, was not hidden.

The following changes have been made:
* Edit functionality such as the button at the top of the (General block on the General page) has been removed
* Actions below grids have been removed:
* Contacts grid
* Employment grid
* Identification grid
