PPSR B2G AU Search is now supported for Account Applications (including Applicants and Collateral), Clients and Security Statements (including Security Items) in finPOWER Connect Cloud

Account Applications

If licenced and configured, PPSR B2G Search will appear in the following places:

• Account Applications Actions, under the "PPSR" heading.
• This will load all applicable Collateral Items.
• Applicants - the "PPSR B2G Search" button will be available for each Applicant.
• This will lock the PPSR B2G AU Search HTML Widget to the single Applicant. Only "Previous Search" and the applicable Debtor search type will be available.
• Collateral - once a valid item has been selected (i.e., it has a Security Base Type of Aircraft, Boat, Serial Numbered Good (specifically Intellectual Property) or Motor Vehicle) the "PPSR B2G Search" button will become enabled at the bottom of the Collateral grid.
• This will lock the PPSR B2G AU Search HTML Widget to the single Collateral.

Clients

Users can access Previous Searches and perform the following PPSR B2G Searches, depending on if the Client is an Organisation or not:

• Individual Grantor
• Individual Grantor Date Range
• Organisation Grantor
• Organisation Grantor Date Range

If licenced and configured, PPSR B2G AU Search will appear within the "Other Enquiries" group.

Security Statements

If licenced and configured, PPSR B2G Search will appear in the following places:

• Security Statement Actions, under the "PPSR" heading.
• This will load all applicable Security Items.
• Security Items - once a valid item has been selected (i.e., it has a Security Base Type of Aircraft, Boat, Serial Numbered Good (specifically Intellectual Property) or Motor Vehicle) the "PPSR B2G Search" button will become enabled at the bottom of the Security Items grid.
• This will lock the PPSR B2G AU Search HTML Widget to the single Security Item.
