Account Applications; Viewing a Temporary Client created from an Applicant does not preview new Statistics Sets

Account Applications have the ability to preview what a new or updated Client will look like when Applicant details are applied.

This is done via the "View existing Client from Applicant" button at the top of the Applicant Summary on the Account Application form, Applicants page.

If the Account Application Type's Script created a new Statistics Set on the fly, this was not viewable in the Summary to the right of the grid. Instead, the message "Pk cannot be zero" was displayed. There was also no "Add" icon in the grid's row selector to indicate that this was a "new" Statistics Set and the drilldown button to edit the Statistics Set was not hidden.
