HTTP "Referrer Policy" header updated to "no-referrer"

In order to adhere to up-to-date security guidelines (in this, a LOW impact guideline), the HTTP "Referrer Policy" header returned from both finPOWER Connect Cloud and Web Services has been updated to "no-referrer". Previously it was "strict-origin-when-cross-origin".
