HTML Widgets; Executing Application Shortcuts may result in "no handler ($Ash) is available." warning

Executing an Application Shortcut from an HTML Widget running from finPOWER Connect desktop may have resulted in the warning "Show HTML cannot handle Application Shortcuts since no handler ($Ash) is available.". When dismissed, the Application Shortcut ran as expected.
