HTML Widgets; New Organisation Client and New Individual Client wizards not handling blank Branch Id correctly
Both the New Organisation Client and New Individual Client wizards were not handling a blank default Branch Id correctly (this is specified under User Preferences, Clients, General).
The Organisation widget would crash and be unusable. The Individual widget would simply not display the Branch field.
