Minimise the number of Javascript console.log messages that are not warnings

The Javascript console.log function is used extensively as a tool for tracing issues.

To minimise the amount of content written to the browser's developer console, many of these have been removed, including:

• ComboBox purging cached data
• ComboBox refreshed from cached data for Standard Range
• DBCombo purging cached data
• DBCombo refreshed from cached data for Standard Range
• userinterface.Tabs: Dynamically created page for tab
• Move (N1) to before (N2)
