jQuery updated from version 2.1.4 to version 3.6.0
The version of jQuery used by the Web Administration facility has been updated from 2.1.4 to 3.6.0.
This update has also been applied to Portals and Externally hosted HTML Widgets which previously specified the 2.1.4 version of jQuery.
