HTML Widgets; Send SMS Message; Fee Account dropdown has been enhanced

The Send SMS Message HTML Widget has been updated so that the Fee Account dropdown is not only an Account search. It has been enhanced so that:

• If the source of the SMS is "Account":
• If the selected Account is open, limit the Fee Account to this Account.
• If the selected Account is closed, limit the Fee Account to the Open Accounts which have the Clients from this Account.
• Otherwise, a fee cannot be charged.
• If the source of the SMS is "Account Application":
• For any Account Applicant which is an existing Client, limit the Fee Account to any existing open Accounts belonging to the Applicant.
• If there is only 1 valid Account, then restrict the dropdown to this single Account.
• Otherwise, a fee cannot be charged.
• If the source of the SMS is "Client":
• Show all the Client's open Accounts if they are not hidden and the current user has permission to see them.
• If there is only 1 valid Account, then restrict the dropdown to this single Account.
• If there is no valid Accounts, then a fee cannot be charged.
• If the source of the SMS is "External Party" or "User"
• Any Open Account can be searched for and specified.

Regardless of the above, if the Cost Centre of the selected branch does not support charging of fees, then the option to charge a fee will be hidden.
