Custom Bank Imports; do not show "No transactions were found to import" message

A custom Bank Import may complete all processing within the script and not leave a batch of Bank Transactions to commit.

The problem with this is that an error message is displayed to the User - "No transactions were found to import".

The Bank Import has been changed to not display this error if it is a "Custom" import type.
