Processes and Reporting views; Downloads tab; Share files with other Users option

A new "Share" option appears below the Downloads grid on the Reporting and Processes views.

This allows Users to share downloads with other Users.

The normal Range Selection dialog is used with the title "Use Row Selectors to Select Users". This title is important since you can only select Users and not specify a range of exclusion range. A future change to this dialog will prevent the entry of ranges or warn the User that they have entered invalid information.

NOTE: Sharing involves making a copy of the selected download files in the other Users' folders. There is no link between the original files and the copied files.
