Range Lookup form; Replace "Type to filter" box with standard grid filter box

The Range Lookup form (e.g., when entering Report Parameters) has been updates so that instead of a custom "Type to filter" box above the grid, it now uses the Grid's built-in filter box which was added after this form was created.
