Purge; updated now that Service Logs aren't linked to Audit Logs

The Database Purge has been updated now that Service Logs aren't linked to Audit Logs.

• Purge Audit Logs
• Removed Chargeable/ Non-chargeable options
• Purge Service Logs
• Changes made to support database changes

Note: The alternative for purging Chargeable / Non-chargeable Audit Logs is to purge the Service Logs themselves.
