Audit Search; added "Chargeable" and other options to Service Log searches

Because Service Logs now include a "Chargeable" flag the various Service Logs audit searches now include an option to include Chargeable, Non-Chargeable or both Logs.

Note, in addition the "(Service Log)" search allows you to filter by Windows User, Machine Name and IP Address.

The Results grid now includes columns for Chargeable, Windows User, Machine Name and IP Address.
