Second Logo field and Resource support added to Branches and Entities

A second logo image can now be assigned to Branches and Entities. Functionality is identical to that of the existing logo field, but with the added flexibility of an extra image.

Additionally, two Resources can now be allocated to Branches and Entities: image and other. "Image" must be an image Resource type, whilst "Other" can be any type of resource. Currently there are only Image Resource types, so only when / if other Resource types are implemented will this be enforced.

Finally, the following standard Bookmarks are now supported for Word Document generation:

Like the existing [Branch.Logo] tag, each of the above supports specifying an image height, e.g.
