Fixed various formatting issues with Search and Filter boxes and made more consistent

Various styles of search and filter boxes are used throughout finPOWER Connect Cloud. However, in certain cases incorrect styling or alignment may have occurred.

Apart from styling changes, these issues were found:

• Reporting view, Downloads tab
• Filter textbox was inconsistently styled compared to the filter textbox on the "All Reports" tab
• Entering information into the filter box causes it to jump down a small amount and the row count on the right (e.g., "0 of 12 x") was aligned too high

The following styling changes have been made:

• The clear button (x) to the right of filter counts now uses a different, less bold font which makes alignment easier

Searches and filter boxes appear in various places such as:

• Search view
• Quick Search
• Other searches such as Client, Date of Birth
• Admin library list forms such as Information Lists
• This box doubles as a filter and a search box
• Tasks view
• Filter box above Smart List results grid
• Reporting view
• All Reports filter
• Downloads tab filter
• Grids
• Right-clicking many grids gives the option to "Show Filter Box"
