Credit Enquiry Quotation Confirmation; update matching logic

Credit Enquiry Quotation Confirmation matching logic has been updated so that Client Logs dated more than 7 days after the Loan was opened are ignored.

Typically, confirmations are done at the point where the Loan is opened and the existing logic works well. However, where confirmations have been turned off and there are Loans opened for the same Client over several weeks/ months the matching logic may not work as expected.

Note, the Date tested is the later of the "date opened" and the date that the Loan was actually moved from Quote to Open.
