Resources; ResourceId field increased from 10 to 20 characters
Resource Id (the code field for the "Resource" Admin Library) has been increased from 10 to 20 characters.
This is used in Scripting, but also in the following places:
- Resources Admin Library form
- Account form, Web page
- Account Application form, Web page
- Account Edit HTML Widget
- Account App Edit HTML Widget
