Export Information wizard; Tooltip added to mention "package" functionality

A tooltip has been added to the "Enter a format and name for the Export file" label on the first page of the Export Information wizard.

This tooltip explains the export "package" functionality:

If you use the Browse button to locate an existing Export file (package), you will be prompted to default the Export Parameters (on the next page) to match those in the existing file.
