Client form; Change Event trigger updated for Client Type Dropdown

The Change Event for the Client Type Dropdown on the Client form was not being triggered at the point the value was changed. Instead, it was only fired when the page was changed, or if the record went in or out of Edit mode.

This has been updated and now the Change Event is triggered at the point the value is updated, as expected. This has not resulted in any functional change but has made the back-end code more accurate.
