HTML Widgets; Auto-formatted Text Boxes; Formatted phone numbers would prompt to update, even if there was no change

When phone number validation had been set on a Text Box, but not set to auto-format (i.e. causing the control to prompt the User if they would like to have the phone number auto-formatted), the prompt would appear, even if the formatted value already matched what the User had entered.

This has been corrected. Now, the User will only get the prompt to update if the formatted value differs from what the User has already entered.
