Security Statement Item List Report; may fail to run

The Security Statement Item List Report may fail to run and report the error "Failed to execute 'SecurityStmtItemList' Report. Failed to execute Query. Failed to execute 'SecurityStmtItemList' Query. Failed to open DataSet. Invalid column name 'Other'.".

To recreate, Export the Report data and include all columns.

The Report was still referencing the SecurityStmtItem.Other column - which was removed in version 3.02.
