Security Statements; where there are a very large number of Items, finPOWER Connect is very slow

Where there are a very large number of Security Statement Items, finPOWER Connect may be very slow. One particular client had a Security Statement with over 20,000 items.

There are several reasons for this, firstly showing totals in the grid can be slow, and secondly, loading warnings for the Security Statement loads Logs and Mailbox Items for all Items - which is slow.

Therefore, the following changes have been made:

• Account and Security Statement forms
• Security Item grid now includes a button to turn on/ off grid totals (default is off)
• Security Statement Warnings
• Better optimisations for deciding whether to check Mailbox Items, only included if
• Australia and using PPSR
• New Zealand and using Motorweb
• If more than 1,000 items, warnings for Security Item Logs and Mailbox will not be included
• Instead a warning is added that notes "warnings not loaded as too many Items"
