When setting an MS Access Database filename, leading and trailing quotes are now removed
Copying a file name from Windows Explorer by right-clicking a file while holding Shift and selecting "Copy as path" copies the file name but adds leading and trailing quotes.
When configuring an MS Access database in the Web Services Administration facility (not supported for production use but useful for testing), this causes database errors.
These quotes are now removed since they can cause the database name to be invalid under certain situations.
This has meant a business layer change to the ISDatabaseConnectionInfo.Database property.
