Account Documents wizard; Bulk SMS not default template text from Document when using the New Messaging Interface
When using the New Messaging Interface (Global Settings, Messaging, SMS page), running an SMS Document in bulk mode (e.g., via the Report Explorer) was not defaulting the message from the Template SMS Message defined on the Document page of the Documents form.
