Login form now displays "Unavailable" message if Web Services cannot be reached or are configured to be unavailable
If Web Services are configured to be unavailable, the Login form displays a "finPOWER Connect Cloud is currently unavailable" page and indicates that "finPOWER Connect Web Services are configured to be unavailable.".
If for some reason Web Services could not be reached then the same page is displayed but without reference to Web Services being unavailable.
