HTML Widgets; Account Standard Transaction wizard; Updated to allow an AccountStdTranPk of zero to cater for Quotes

In primary key of an Account Standard Transaction for "Quote" Accounts is actually its index in the collection since there is no concept of Standard Transactions being saved to the database for "Quote" Accounts.

Validation prevented an AccountStdTranPk parameter from being passes as zero hence, for "Quote" Accounts, you could not view the first Standard Transaction.
