Publish Documents wizard; Cancelling an Account Application Document fails

In the Publish Documents wizard, cancelling an Account Application Document fails with the error "Failed to save Log Publish Items. Failed to execute SQL. An object or column name is missing or empty. For SELECT INTO statements, verify each column has a name. For other statements, look for empty alias names. Aliases defined as "" or [] are not allowed. Change the alias to a valid name.".

To recreate, update the status of an Account Applications Document to "Cancel" and then click Save.
