Email, SMS (old interface) wizards; better description of email, phone number selected

The Send Email and SMS (old interface) wizards, including Task Manager actions, have been enhanced when an Account is selected as follows:

• The Client's role within the Account is displayed
• For example, "as Borrower" or as "as Guarantor"
• A Client's linked Clients are highlighted
• For example, if a Borrower has their Lawyer linked via Contact Methods they will show as "[Lawyer Name] (Lawyer of [Client Name]) as Borrower"
