Export Information; New option to embed Client file and document information

When using File, Export Information there is a new option on the Parameters page to "Embed Files and Documents" when exporting Client information to an XML file.

The contents of the file will be stored as a Base64 encoded String in the exported file.

Note, the "Embed Files and Document in Export file" option on the File Name page of the wizard has been removed as it was not implemented.
