New Messaging Interface; added Account Role column to Phone Number dropdown list

The New Messaging Interface now shows the Account Role in the dropdown list of Phone Numbers, if "Account" is selected as the Recipient Type. This helps identify whether the person is the borrower, guarantor etc.

This is also shown in the description to the right of the Phone Number.

This applies to the SMS Message wizard, Document Create and Workflow Actions wizards.
