New Messaging Interface; simplified testing with mocked responses

The New Messaging Interface has been simplified for use in Test Mode.

• If using "mocked" responses there is now no requirement to enter test credentials.
• Cost Centres Test Credentials page has one "mocked" response setting:
• Return mocked responses for requests where available?

This applies to the following services:

• ClickSend
• SMS Fusion
• Twilio
• TxtStream

NOTE: Not all request have mocked responses implemented, the request will execute normally using the Test Credentials, or, if no Test Credentials are specified, will fail validation of the Test Credentials.
