HTML Widgets; SMS Update (including scheduled process) now reports more event information

The "Retrieve SMS Delivery Updates & Replies" HTML Widget now reports more status information due to changes to the business layer. This makes it more consistent with other HTML Widgets such as "Account Prorcesses" and "PPSR NZ Update".
