Workflows; may fail with an "Argument 'Length' must be greater or equal to zero." error

Processing a Workflow may fail with "An unhandled exception has occurred. Argument 'Length' must be greater or equal to zero." error.

This occurs when processing a "Question" Item Type and the Outcome code and description is more than 47 characters.

Note, as a workaround make the Outcome code a short code and use the description for additional detail.
